Rabastan was following Arthurs wife. He hated all Weasleys, Arthur wasa mere tool. He followed her into the tower. He contemplated what he could do...there weren't any muggles around at the moment and he needed to teach that Weasel a lesson. "Evening Ms Weasley."
Molly paid hardly any attention the fact she was being spoken to, all she wanted was to wallow in the joint misery she and Arthur had caused themselves. "Evening," she said glumly, after she had registered the fact someone had spoken to her.
"How are you?" Rabastan asked, this wouldn't be any fun if she did nothing like turn and accuse him of something in which he'd make her scream.
"Horrible, absolutely wretched, as I've been hurt and betrayed in the worst way possible by the man I thought loved me." She said, not caring to continue a conversation with this man, she wanted to be left alone.
Tears came to Molly's eyes, it didn't surprise her to hear that come from a complete stranger, that article had done nothing but attack her. She decided to remain quiet, it would do no good to go off on a stranger.
"Molly...It was all Severus and Arthurs fault I did nothing."
"Yeah right, and none of you stopped and thought how I'd feel afterwards, did you? My marriage is shot to hell and I don't even know if I dare showing my face at the hospital anymore." From the process of elimination, she deduced who she was talking to, and wondered why he even dared coming around her.
"So you know who you are talking to?"
"Arthur mentioned three names the other night, including his own, I'm not stupid."
Rabastan twirled his wand causing her to turn around. He lent against the rail. "Ms Weasley payback could be fun if you chose it but whats more fun is making him see his wrong ways and thats why i'm here."
"I'm supposed to believe that? He's the one who screwed up, and I'm stuck picking up the pieces." She turned away from him, not wanting to have this conversation with him, she wanted Nick again.
He twiled his wand again "Look Weasel, I'm sure you read the prophet article about me and my wife. Katya's went through the same thing Arthur did she was jealous of me and someone and I know how to get you and Arthur back on track."
"Yeah right, I've been with him for thirty years and I've tried everything. He just wants to sabotage everything now." She said, fairly convinced that the only thing that would bring Arthur back to her was nothing short of her being an inch from death.
"Shut up" Was all that Rabastan said "I have a plan tha will make him feel guilty and come to his senses."
Molly snorted through her tears, crossing her arms across her chest and giving him a glare. "I'll believe it when I see it, now, if you don't mind, I'd like to be left alone." 'So I can try to remember where Nick said he was going.' She added mentally.
Rabastan had had enough he rose his wand "Colloportus!" So no one could enter. "Langlock!" So she could not scream. "Crucio!" No need to explain that one.
Molly closed her eyes at the pain, and didn't even bother trying to scream, she had recognized the second spell he had used. Instead, she cried silent tears, wanting it to be over.
Rabastan re did the last spell 4 more times before releasing it and picking her up, he disapparated with her to Arthurs office. He tied her in Ribbon with a card left on her chest.
Molly continued to cry as the contact from him sent more knives of pain through her body, and when they arrived in Arthur's office, she hoped he was still at work, she didn't fancy being left on his desk until he returned in the morning.
"I'm merely helping you get Arthur back and away from me."
Molly just shook her head, wishing he'd leave, he'd done enough damage, what she needed now was for Arthur to appear.
Rabastan actually apologised for causing harm to her before he disapeared.
Molly laid there crying silently, praying that Arthur was only a few minutes from returning to his office.
Arthur returned to his office after his break he still had coffee which seemed to have spatr out of his mouth when he saw Molly.
She gave him a pleading look, hoping he'd untie her and take the charm off of her that prevented her from speaking as she was beginning to feel sick.
Arthuer reversed all that he could "What the hell happened to you?"
She fought to hold back her tears, but managed to choke out her words. "I was attacked, in the Tower of London, by Lestrange."
"Lestrange? Rodolphus or Rabastan? Were you alone? What did he say?"
"Rabastan, yes I was alone, sherlock." She said. "He didn't say anything, except that this would help you realize what you're missing."
Arthur shook his head "His master plan..."
"What?" She asked, looking at him incredously. "Arthur,"
"Rabastan offered to help, I didn't know his plans."
"Can you get me off of your desk, please? I don't think I can move myself." She requested, as she felt stiff.
"And where will I move you to? The floor?"
"Your chair, please. Use your wand, it hurts when someone touches me." She said, hoping she'd be able to sit upright.
"Thank you." She gripped the arms of his chair, fighting to stay upright, she was lightheaded, and felt like she was going to vomit. "Arthur, I think I need to go to Saint Mungo's and I'd appreciate it if you reported this."
Arthur took her to saint Mungo's "I'll be back soon I have to do the report."
"All right." She watched as he left, and turned to the healers, who were surrounding her to do their job. Amidst the chaos, she heard one of them say she'd be in the hospital for a couple of days.
