Molly sighed softly as she awoke, cuddling a little bit closer to her husband and playing with his hair. She had woken a few hours earlier to John's owl pecking at her hair, and had been delighted when his note said she didn't need to report to work today, which suited her just fine, considering the night she'd had with Arthur. She watched him as he slept, before kissing his lips softly.

He grumbled and tried to roll onto his tummy.

"Arthur, darling. Wake up." She whispered, brushing her finger across his cheek, he was too cute for words in the morning.

Arthur grumbled again "Food?"

"I can make us some breakfast, but you've got to get up, sweetheart."

"Why?" He asked, he hadn't opened his eyes yet.

"You can't eat lying down, you'll choke." She replied, kissing him again. She half wondered if he was going to ask if she had called in yet or not.

"You stay home today?"

"Yes. I got an owl from John a few hours ago saying I didn't need to come in at all, actually."

"Eat later then."

"You were the one who said you were hungry, dear." She said, continuing to whisper, there wasn't a need to talk at normal volume.

"I like food."

"I know. You also happen to like sex, based on last night."

"Sex, food, Molly."

She smiled, tracing patterns on his chest. "Yes, you like me too. As I like you."

"No I don't like you."

"What?" She asked, wondering if he even knew what he was saying.

"I don't like you I love you."

"Of course. I love you as well."

Arthur nodded and pulled the blanket up more.

"What's on the agenda today, considering the only thing required of us is the dyad?"

"COMPUTER!" Arthur all but shouted as he shot up and ran to put clothes on.

She giggled, but took her time in getting up, she was still groggy from their night of escapades. "May I join you?" She called.

"I’m in the shower!"

She shook her head, but headed upstairs all the same, tapping on the glass of the shower door when she arrived in the loo. "And that has stopped us when in the past?"

"I dunno."

"Never, is the answer to that. May I?"

"Yup."

She smiled, stepping under the water with him, kissing him as she did so. "And for the record, I did mean if I could join you with the computer, dear, but I'll take this too."

"Yup to both."

"Glad to hear it. I'm surprised you have so much energy this morning."

Arthur smiled.

"I'm exhausted myself, though that could be attributed to two things, and I'm going to blame it on John's owl." She said, reaching for her supplies to clean herself.

He washed his friend softly.

She took the same care with washing her sensitive areas, she had known last night she would be a little sore, especially after the hard screwing he had given her to end the evening. "I enjoyed every minute of last night, though."

"Me too."

"Thank you. I know I surprised you."

"Yeah you did, but I got to surprise you kind of too."

"Yes you did, and I have to say, it was much better than I ever imagined it, dear."

Arthur smiled.

"And you having a go at yourself, I have to say, I did not expect you to run off with the vibrator. Though, my reward was quite a sexy display." She said, feeling a tingle in her nether regions, remembering the image of what she had seen.

He smirked.

"I believe I know what your favorite is going to be for a long time." She said, rinsing and slipping her arms around his neck.

He kissed her.

She kissed him back, extremely happy that she had the day off to spend with him. "Last night is definitely something I didn't expect to have again."

"I know."

"And being a little sore this morning is worth it. And, to top things off, I got to see two things last night I wanted to see."

He smiled.

"So, tell me more about this computer thing." She said, drawing circles on the back of his neck.

"You can write on it and like a television it comes up."

"Sounds interesting. It’s in the shed, I trust?"

"Nope it’s being brought here."

"So you don't even have it yet.... this shall be interesting."

"Yup."

"Maybe you can help me unpack some while we wait for it to arrive."

"Maybe."

"That, and get the Christmas decorations out."

"I'll get the decorations."

"My big strong handsome man carrying down boxes from the attic.... sounds like a good reason for me to sit back and watch."

"No you'll be unpacking."

"Yes, but I want the boxes in the living room, and you have to walk by our bedroom to do that...I say I'm going to take a peek."

"If you say so."

She smiled, tapping his nose with her finger. "That's my man."

He smiled.

"Actually, my sexy man. Whose bum I like to look at."

He turned so his back was towards her and wiggled it.

She gave him a soft pat on her way out of the shower, and reached for a towel that wasn't there. "Arthur?"

"Yeah?"

"Did you forget to grab a towel for yourself?" She asked, gesturing to the towel rack.

"Possibly."

"I'll get us both one then, you goofball."

He smiled.

She exited the loo and came back, yielding a towel for him and had one wrapped around herself. "Here you are."

"Thanks."

"You're welcome. I have to say, I've never seen you get out of bed so fast, especially on mornings after activities like last night's."

He smiled.

"All part of your charm. Let's get ready for the day."

"Okay" He replied, he dressed in a buttoned up shirt and black pants.

She fished around in her trunk for the jumper she had worn to his mother's funeral and a pair of jeans. "I need to go shopping, I swear."

"Oh ok."

"Did you know Nick was with me when I bought this? I was panicking as I didn't have anything to wear to the funeral." She said, gesturing to the top.

"Oh okay."

"What do you think of it?" She asked, twirling for him.

"Very you."

"Thank you." She then took her trunk and emptied it onto their bed, and scooted it towards him. "This can go back up in the attic, honey."

He took the trunk and left the room. In the attic he stowed it to the side and brought the boxes of decorations down.

While he did his assigned task, she quickly sorted her clothes back to their proper places, and while she was at it, she emptied his chest of drawers, intent on reorganizing his things as well. She gave him a wink when he walked by their door, holding his gaze a little longer than necessary.

He continued up and down till all the boxes were down in the living room.

It hadn't taken her long to put the master bedroom back to the way it had been before she left, and she was waiting for him when he came down with the last box. "Thank you, so very much."

"Anytime."

"Your clothes are sorted properly again, back to the way they were before you were left to your own devices." She commented, as she sorted the boxes into decorations for the house and decorations for the tree.

"Okay" He replied layin on the couch.

After sorting the boxes into two piles, she levitated the pile that was tree decorations down the hall, and pushed the other boxes to the side before crossing the room to lie next to him. "May I?"

"Yep."

She swiftly settled herself next to him, resting her head on his shoulder. "I have an idea regarding Christmas, Arthur."

"And what is that my wobbles?"

"I was wondering if you wanted to go Christmas caroling."

"That’s a possibility."

"I took the kids one year, they seemed to enjoy it."

"We'll see."

She nodded, kissing his cheek.

He smiled.

"I'm allowed to take a nap, aren't I?" She asked, closing her eyes, as she still hadn't fully awakened yet.

"Of course. I'm glad I pleased you enough to write about it."

"Hmmm? Well, of course, dear. I wrote that this morning after John's owl woke me up. "I didn't know you'd looked at it already."

Arthur smiled.

"I wanted to kill that bloody bird, honestly."

"You'd have been fired."

"You think so?"

"Yup."

"What makes you think so?" She asked, yawning widely. In her mind, she needed about five or six more hours of sleep to function properly, but she'd manage, they could go to bed early tonight to make up for being tired today.

"He loves that bird."

"I know he does, however, if I told him I was half-asleep when I did strangle it, he might be forgiving."

"No way."

"What makes you so sure?"

"Sedge is very protective isn't he?"

"I suppose...but who isn't protective nowadays?"

"I dunno."

"It doesn't matter if I'd be fired or not, because I didn't strangle his bird, and I hope he and his wife are having a lovely anniversary."

"Its his anniversary?"

"According to the note he sent this morning, yes."

"Wow."

"How is that 'wow'?"

"He is old and yeah."

"What has that got to do with anything?"

"Meaning his wife and him must be celebrating their 59th anniversary or something."

"Once again, why does that matter? One day we'll be doing that too." She said, playing with hair.

"He's a role model husband."

"What's that mean?"

"Means he is someone others would look up to."

"No, silly, what I meant was what does that mean to you and why do you think he’s a role model hubbie?" She asked again, running her finger along his jaw line.

"Cause he must be loyal and trustworthy."

"And you're not?"

"Sometimes. But his wife must have put up with a lot of things."

"You're very loyal, and I've never doubted your trustworthiness. And yes, his wife does have to put up with a lot, late nights and double shifts, but it’s no different than what I put up with you and your job." She kissed his cheek, moving her finger to stroke under his chin.

He liked her attention.

She leaned over to kiss him, stroking his chest as she did so.

Arthur lay down.

"You're not too sore from last night, are you?" She asked, pulling away and nestling against his chest.

"No," He replied.

"That's good to hear, I'm just tender. When is the computer supposed to arrive?"

"Soon."

"Do we have a good half an hour?"

"I dunno."

"Could we do the dyad right now, that way you can have all day to play with it when it does get here? I can always pause the timer if it gets here while we're in the middle of it." She said, slipping her arms around him.

"Okay then."

"Thank you. It's your turn to go first, dear." She said, getting up and tugging him up with her.

"What’s the topic?"

"Not yet silly, after our two minutes of eye contact, besides I have to look at my notes. " She said, summoning two chairs from the kitchen and her notes before conjuring a small table and transfiguring her watch.

He sat and stared into her eyes.

She stared back, after setting the timer, and smiled when it beeped. "The first topic is why I should love and cherish you, dear. Whenever you're ready, I'll start the timer." She said, offering him a slight smile.

He nodded and thought "Okay." He swallowed "I should love and cherish you because no other woman has ever caught my eye as you have and no other person would be as patient and kind to me."

Molly raised her hand to stop him and stopped the timer as well. "Babe, you're supposed to be talking about yourself. Why I, as your wife, should love and cherish you." She said kindly, squeezing his hand.

He laughed.

She chuckled as well, resetting the timer. "Good answer though, and thank you for sharing that, dear. Start over, sweetheart."

"Umm… You should love and cherish me as I love and cherish you." He sat and waited for the timer.

She smiled, it wasn't the most elaborate answer, but it was a good one. "Thank you for caring enough to share and I promise to weight it carefully." She reset the timer for herself, and began. "You should love and cherish me because I have had all seven of your children naturally, which is something I wouldn't do for just anyone, considering the complications I had. I cook and clean for you on a daily basis without complaint, and I'm always there to lend you an ear and a helping hand. I also do not complain too much about your quirks, and I love you for the person you are." The timer cut her off as she opened her mouth to say something else, and she smiled.

"Thanks for caring enough to share and I promise to weigh it carefully."

She fished through her notes for topic two after she had reset the timer for three minutes, and offered him her brightest smile. "Topic two is "If you lost me you would hurt because, dear." She started the timer, giving him a nod to signal him to begin.

"Ah...you'd be poor and all alone. You’d not have my sexual techniques anymore." It buzzed.

"Arthur, start over again. When I say you, I mean you need to talk about yourself, not how I would feel, silly. Thank you sharing that as well though." She reset the timer, giving him another nod.

"I'd be all alone and have to look after myself." It buzzed.

"Thank you for caring enough to share and I promise to weigh it carefully." She knew exactly what she was going to say, considering the couple of times she had nearly lost him in the past. She reset the timer and took a deep breath. "If I lost you, it would hurt me because I would no longer have my protector. I would no longer have the person I love to spend my days with. I would no longer have the man that does his best to please me. I would be lonely and miserable, and have a broken heart because I had been left to fend for myself." When the timer buzzed, she had a couple of tears in her eyes.

"Thanks for caring enough to share and I promise to weigh it carefully."

She shook her head a couple of times, trying to dry her tears so she could read her notes. "The last topic is your sincere dreams for this relationship. Your dreams, not mine." She said, feeling the need to elaborate a bit, but she offered a smile all the same and started the timer.

"My dreams are that we are forever together, that maybe we are blessed with one more child."

She smiled widely at his last comment, and reset the timer for herself and almost started talking before she remembered she needed to reply. "Thank you for caring enough to share and I promise to weigh it carefully. My sincere dreams for our relationship are that we stay together, fulfill all of the dreams we have between us and be blessed with another child. I hope that within a year or so, we have fulfilled all we have set out to fulfill."

"Thanks for caring enough to share and I promise to weigh it carefully."

She stood and tugged him up as well, throwing her arms around him.

He hugged her close.

"Thank you in advance for agreeing to have another child, Arthur. I can't tell you how excited that makes me."

"Girl or boy?"

"Either will be fine, but I'd really like it if we got both. John said that I have a good chance of becoming pregnant with fraternal twins because of my age." She said, resting her head against his chest.

"That would be nice."

"You think so?" She asked, pressing a kiss to his chest. "You wouldn't mind sitting through another birthing session?"

"Nope, it'd be fun."

"That's good to hear, because if I have to push two out again, I'll need your support."

"Of course."

"You are a good father, and I know I can count on you to change nappies, any time, day or night."

"Yay!"

"I wouldn't think anything less of a man that helped raise seven already and is agreeing to a possible two more when he's nearly fifty."

He smiled.

She stretched up to kiss him softly, looping her arms around his neck. "And I think we'd be able to survive just fine on your pension, so you wouldn't miss out on what you missed out on before."

He smiled.

"I think you'd agree, you missed out on a lot of things that make being a parent worthwhile. First words, steps.... the list goes on."

"A lot."

"I always felt bad too, because I got to witness things you didn't, and I knew that even if I flooed you, the moment had already passed."

Arthur shrugged.

"Enough about that, you're getting a second chance." She said, jumping and wrapping her legs around his waist.

He laughed at her.

"What?" She asked, kissing his forehead.

"You're so enthusiastic."

"Of course I am, I'm with my husband." She replied, resting her forehead against his.

He smiled.

"And the prospect of being called 'Mumma' again is exciting." She turned her head as someone knocked on the door, wondering if that was his computer. "I think your computer's here."

"Ew."

"What?"

"I like this."

"So do I. Go sign for your computer and come back."

'"You’ll have to get off."

"I am." She released him, and followed him to the back door, resting against the doorway between the kitchen and the living room while she waited.

He signed and watched as a thing floated in fully connected.

"I thought a Muggle was going to deliver it," she commented, watching it land on the table. "It is a Muggle device after all...where in the world did you find a Wizarding one?"

"The Ministry."

"Oh. I didn't know you guys used computers."

"We don't it was evidence."

"Oh, so like everything else you've acquired through the years, you took this from the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts office?"

"Yup."

"As long as it doesn't get you in trouble at work, you know I don't mind too much."

"Yup."

"As long as it doesn't get you in trouble at work, you know I don't mind too much."

"It was gonna be destroyed!"

"All right, all you had to say was it wasn't going to get you into trouble, that's all." She crossed the kitchen towards him, slipping her arms around him.

He smiled at her.

"I'll leave you to it then. Come get me in a little while."

"Ok."

She kissed his cheek and turned back toward the living room, figuring she'd catch up on a little reading.
